Classes

We offer classes for all levels, and each class has a certified CrossFit Level 1 or 2 trainer leading the class so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes include warm up, skill instruction, strength portion and conditioning.

Tuesday - 9am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Wednesday - 6am, 9am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Thursday - 9am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Friday - 6am, 9am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday - 10am
